Terms of Service

1. Nature of the Service
namu (namu-therapy.com, the "Service") is a booking platform that connects users with massage and spa shops, letting users book a visit with a named therapist. The treatments themselves are provided by each shop; namu does not provide treatments.
2. Bookings, Payment, and Cancellation
· No prepayment is taken; payment is made on-site at the shop after your visit. · A booking is automatically cancelled if you do not arrive within 10 minutes of the booked time. · If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your named therapist may be released and an available therapist assigned instead. · You may cancel online until the booked start time, via the cancellation link in your confirmation email or the booking lookup page. Bookings past their start time cannot be cancelled online. · Cancelling a group booking also cancels companion bookings in the same group.
3. User Obligations
Provide an accurate name and email when booking, and cancel in advance if you cannot attend. Repeated no-shows, false bookings, or conduct that disrupts the Service may result in restricted access.
Operator services and communications
Namu Owner and the web provide shop operators with reservation information, shop management and operations according to their permissions. Operators must use their own authorized shop/account access and keep contacts accurate; they may not decide another operator's account use or consent. Necessary service, settlement, access and security notices may be sent to account email. Benefits and promotions require separate optional consent; refusal or withdrawal does not affect basic shop management. Invitation acceptance, password setup, agreement to terms or continued use never constitute marketing consent. When marketing email is sent through Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.), the consented email address, message content and transmission records are transferred to the United States over an encrypted network. Purposes, data, retention, deletion conditions and contacts are described in the international processing section of the Privacy Policy. Required international transfer consent is confirmed separately from marketing email consent; accepting these Terms does not constitute that consent.
4. Relationship with Shops; Limitation of Liability
The quality, safety, and hygiene of treatments, and anything occurring on shop premises, are the responsibility of the shop. namu, as a booking intermediary, displays information registered by shops (menus, prices, hours, therapist profiles) and strives to keep it accurate, but it may change at the shop's discretion. To the extent permitted by law, namu is not liable for treatment-related disputes between users and shops.
5. Changes to the Service
namu may change or discontinue all or part of the Service. If a change affects a confirmed booking, we will notify you at the email provided at booking. Changes to these terms will be posted on this page; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
